Some A&P students had the opportunity to attend the Journeys and Destinations Health Care Career Day in Dodge City. This event is put on by the KU Health Education Department. Some careers included were surgery, lab, pharmacy, physical therapy, nursing, and imaging.
Congrats to Jara, Maggie, Kenzi, and Julianne!!! They are the recipients of a $300 Dual Credit Scholarship through GCCC. This scholarship will be used to help cover the cost of the college classes they are taking this semester.
Thank you, Kimmie and Miles, for bringing in these 4 sweet kittens to visit some 6th graders for a little bit today. They sure enjoyed the snuggles while working on their social studies!

3rd grade took a virtual field trip to Florida through Reef Relief Education to learn about shark 🦈 biology. This virtual field trip paired well with our ELA module—Ocean and we have been reading the book, “Shark Attack!” It was a spook-tacular “trip!”
