Thank you to all of our golfers yesterday that came out and froze to support our first Stampede Golf Tournament! The day was full of fun and support to all our activities here at Lakin.

LHS had three students compete at the 3A State Music Festival today. Zael Bermudez brought home a I Rating with his Flute Solo, scoring an amazing 77 out of 80 points!
The Men's Vocal Trio (Jarrod Hilger, Zael Bermudez, and Zalvador Bermudez) brought home a II Rating. Jarrod Hilger brought home a II Rating with his Vocal Solo. Congratulations to these students!!! Also a special Thank You to Sarah Dumler for being our accompanist for Regionals and State Competition!!!

The HS T&F team competed in the always competitive Holcomb Invitational meet. The girls won the meet w/ 95 points and the boys got 4th w/ 52. The Broncs will be back in action at Hugoton on Friday, May 1st. Full meet results @ link

Not the outcome the boys wanted today but was still a successful day. Team finished 3rd just 7 behind first and 1 behind second. Two players finish top 10, Brayson Hoover 2nd and Zavian Richter 9th. Each day we are improving and enjoying the process. Back in action Monday.

To better help our patrons, USD 215 Lakin Schools will host an informal meeting in SPANISH about the bond project on Monday, April 27th at 5:30 pm in the MS/HS gym. The meeting will be a review of the current information that has already been presented and on the district website. Please enter the gym in the Southeast corner doors.
