In October, all juniors took the ACT WorkKeys Assessment. This test is part of the ACT that determines work based knowledge. Through this process students could earn one of 4 National Career Readiness Certificates based on their scores. Congrats to the juniors earning a certificate. I would also like to give a special shout out to Camden Bergkamp for earning the very highest certificate (Platinum)!
Thank you to Melinda Harrington from GCCC for helping LHS seniors and parents complete the FAFSA form. If you were not able to attend, GCCC will be hosting other workshops on campus or contact Mrs. Bachman. See attached picture for workshop info.

8th grade Exploratory Agriscience harvested their garden today! They got to eat their lettuce, cucumbers and radishes. They planned their garden using days of maturity and staggered planting dates to have them ready at the same time.
