On Tuesday LHS Seniors participated in Apply Kansas Day. During this time Seniors could apply to almost any college in Kansas without paying an application fees. Huge shout out to Ms. Smith, Mr. Johnson, and GCCC for their help and GCCC for supplying pizza.

This past Saturday the Broncs competed on their home turf and they meant business. Over the course of the day, we had 1 Individual win from Kate Miller in the 8th Grade Girls 2 Mile, and a school record from her, making it her second of the season. Our very own Lady Bronc, Kalyn King reached her 1,000 Career Assists during our pool play game again SWH. We are so beyond proud of her and the role she has on this team. Way to go! 🏐💜🏐

For the 6TH Year in a Row the Lady Broncs are your HPL Tournament Champs defeating Wichita Co. in 2 sets. It's a Great Day to be a Bronc. 💜🏐

Lakin defeats Stanton Co. In the semi-finals to advance to the finals against Leoti! Scores 25-18 and 25-13. Way to go! 🏐

Lady Broncs win against SWH and advance to the Semi-Finals with scores of 25-6 and 26-24.

Lakin takes on Syracuse for the 2nd game in Pool Play and wins both sets 25-19. Way to go Lady Broncs! 🏐

Lakin wins first game at the HPL tournament against Deerfield winning first set 25-11 and second set 25-11. Great start to the day! 🏐

6th grade has started learning about Ancient Civilizations. First on the list is Mesopotamia. They made tablets and wrote on them in Cuneiform.

Chemistry students got to learn about non-newtonian fluids by making oobleck.
