We celebrated Halloween by learning about periodic and nonperiodic tiles in math class today!

We had a fun day in 7/8 Humanities! Learning about culture and American history means we get to partake in this part American Culture. The kids love showing off their creativity! I even had a student say "Miss I have never got to do anything like this with pumpkins on Halloween before, this is my first time ever." That's why we do what we do.
A huge shout out to Britt's Garden Acres of Manhattan, KS and Peggy Calkins with the Kearny County Senior Center for making this day go so smoothly!
