All paperwork for physicals & concussion test can be found on school website-app under Athletics-Docs-Physicals & Concussion. You must have a physical on file & complete the concussion test to play. If you took the concussion test last year, you do NOT need to take it again.

This week (June 28-July 4) is the KSHSAA Summer Moratorium. All USD 215 facilities will be closed during this time.
All activities will start again on July 5 with their normal schedule.
