Hey Everyone!
FCA wanted to invite you to something special we are doing for 7th-12th graders. We would love for you to join us on November 14th for Alpha at Cottonwood Coffeehouse!
Alpha is designed for those who are seeking answers to life's most important questions. We will explore how to find meaning and purpose in life! Please come as you are, you don't have to believe in Jesus, and your questions about faith are encouraged. So if you are a strong believer great, come and invite a friend who still might not know what they believe about God yet. The night will be planned as follows:
First, food-That right! We will have some grub for you to enjoy around a table with friends.
Second, talk-The talks are designed to engage and inspire conversation. Generally, they are twenty minutes long, around a table with your friends. They explore the big issues around faith and unpack the basics of Christianity, addressing questions such as, What is the purpose of life? Who is Jesus? And how can we have faith?
Third and finally, discussion-Probably the most important part of any Alpha: the chance to share thoughts and ideas on the topic and simply discuss it in a small group with your friends. There's no obligation to say anything, and there's nothing you can't say. It's an opportunity to hear from others and contribute your own perspective in an honest, friendly, and open environment.
So get your friends together and come join us at Cottonwood Coffeehouse on November 14th, from 6:30 pm-8 pm! For more information about alpha, go to alphausa.org. Hope to cya their!!
