Annual trip to the Kansas Cosmosphere. 6th grade toured the Hall of Space museum, viewed the stars at the Justice Planetarium, learned about Rocketry in Dr. Goddard’s Lab, and enjoyed ice cream made with liquid nitrogen.
Congrats to Lili Burch on signing with John Deere. She received a full ride scholarship to Southeast CC in Milford, NE.

Congratulations to our April Female student of the Month Lorena Mendoza. Lorena is a Junior at LHS and her favorite subjects are Art and English. Her future plans are to attend college and study to become a psychologist. CONGRATS LORENA!

Lakin Lady Broncs fought hard tonight but went 0-2 tonight against SWH. Come out and support the Lady Broncs on Friday against Scott City at home. This game was reschedule from this Thursday’s game.
Lakin HS Track teams competed well today despite the windy, chilly, conditions. Both the boys and the girls teams won the meet. Weather permitting, we will be back in action next week.
