Quiz Bowl finished the season as A team HPL champions going 6-0 today. B team tied for 3rd place. A team had placed 1st 5 times, 2nd 2 times, and third once this year. I want to give a special shout out to Lucy Gannett and Paxton Jones both of which had a tremendous season!
Spanish 1 students played Battleship to practice conjugating verbs. This activity kept them engaged and encouraged everyone to speak in Spanish.

There will be NO Middle School FCA before school tomorrow morning
Dear Parents,
Lakin Schools will dismiss at normal time on Tuesday, March 4th. Bus students will be transported in suburbans. Parents of all students are encouraged to call into the school office if their student’s normal after school plan has changed. We will hold students if parents have delays while getting to the school. There will be NO after school activities today.
