Thank you to SRO Combs for doing this educational program for our kids. We had our Lakin DARE Graduation this morning. The three young ladies are the DARE essay award winners. From left to right are Maile White, Paige Webb and Moriah Ortiz. Paige was our overall essay winner. I would like to thank the 6th Grade teachers, Mary Jo Wilkison, Emily Miller Ansel and Michelle Thompson for all your help this year. This was a great bunch of kids.
As a side note The Principal, Cody Calkins, was one of my first DARE students over twenty years ago. Yes I'm old! Parrot Cove water park fun this afternoon!
