Congrats to Alli Mead for 4th place at the regional golf tournament and qualifying for state for a second year. Mya and Anais played hard but did not advance to the state tournament. #getBETTER

Austin and Alex ran incredibly yesterday, taking first and third against tough competition. Austin’s time of 16:22 is the all-time best for a Lakin runner on that course. Alex’s time of 16:42 is the third best ever.

Senior Orinn Norris is working as an apprentice with Curtis and Kymberly Logan from Logan Aviation at the Kearny County Airport. This paid apprenticeship is part of our Trainer/Trainee work program.
More adulting today, as students finish up their phone calls to the community to find an affordable rental. They are about to find out how expensive moving is.
The consumer math and personal finance class gathered information today about living expenses and will start “adulting” next week by paying bills.
