Mrs. Miller’s class has been learning a lot about bees. They’ve learned about pollination, how to make honey, bee’s habitat,behaviors and adaptations. Today’s guest speaker was Jade Like, a local beekeeper from Deerfield. She showed the kids her bee observation hive and discussed how to care for bees. The students also got to sample some of her delicious honey!
