5th and 6th grade students who were in good standing were treated to Ice Cream at Flashbacks! We appreciate Flashbacks for always supporting our students!
Class of 2024: senior Spotlight - Olivia Shelton
5th grade learned about drones this week in STEM. After learning about how they work we were able to fly them. Yesterday the students learned basic flying skills and today they learned tricks they can do.
Coach Holloway presented LHS with the HPL Champions Cup. This is the 4th year in a row that Lakin High School has won. Way to go LHS. Always a Great Day to be a Bronc.
Lakin High School had their first Senior send off. This was a great opportunity for all of the kids and parents to celebrate our Amazing Seniors. This was so fun and a tradition that will continue. Congratulations Senior Class. You deserve it.

The boys 4x400m relay placed 4th and qualified for State. Team is Maddux Beltran, Armando Salcido, Ross Rider and Tyelor Holloway.
The greenhouse will be open tomorrow from 3:30- 6:30. We have tomatoes, petunias , vincas , dragons breath, okra, black-eyed susan, begonias, wondering jew, Swedish ivy, impatients, and 2 hanging baskets left.
