Grateful doesn't even begin to cover it! The kitchen has been short staffed this week and our incredible principal, Cody Calkins, stepped right in to help keep things running smoothly. Both Varsity and JV competed at home tonight for the first games of the season. Varsity fought hard, yet fell short. JV came away with wins. It was a great learning experience for both teams and we can't wait to see what this season holds. #getBETTER

LMS Volleyball weekly schedule
Lady Bronc Volleyball had our first Team Dinner tonight to kick off our Season Opener which is tomorrow evening at home starting at 5:00pm. Our Older girls showered the younger girls with gifts to help them get ready for a season of volleyball and to show them support. We can't wait to get this season started. It's Always a Great Day to be a Bronc. 🏐💜
English III, IV, and Language Labs analyzed the lyrics of their favorite songs and made posters to showcase their comprehension. 💜💛

HS FB Jamboree | Lakin | Holcomb | SWH | Ulysses
In Geometry, we used Play-Doh to represent points, lines, and planes.
In Physics, each student created a Vector Scavenger Hunt.
In Physics, we balanced weights on a beam.
Biology, Chemistry, and Physical Science classes got to use their scientific method knowledge to attempt to "Escape the Classroom."
Animal Science and Horticulture classes practiced their team building skills with 4S Brainstorming on how to survive on an island with only certain tools and plants.
