Wrestlers compete in Cimarron

The wrestling team competed in Cimarron last Friday, taking third place as a team and capturing four individual titles.

Bly Gosch went 2-0 at 132 pounds to place first, with both wins by fall.
At 145 pounds, Curtis Beam went 4-0 with three falls to get first place.
Omar Gonzalez went 3-0 (all wins by fall) to place first at 220 pounds.
Josiah Ortiz won the 105/109 pound division on the girls side, with four of those wins by fall.
At 115 pounds, Isabel Ortiz went 1-1 to place second.
Placing third were Javion Granado at 152 pounds (3-2) and Kade Lovelady at 170 (4-1).
Other wrestlers competing were Josue Peraza at 109 )0-2), Tyler Tarpley at 120 (2-3) and Dravin Chavira at 285 (0-4).
The team will compete in Larned Thursday.
