Robles first, Talmadge second at Scott City wrestling

The wrestlers finished ninth of 22 teams at the 41st annual Scott City boys wrestling classic Saturday.
The Broncs finished with 63.5 points. Wray, Colo., won the meet with 161 points and the host Scott City was second with 156.
Alex Robles, seeded second at 144 pounds, finished as champion of that division, taking down Trenton Frank of Scott City by an 11-7 decision.
Robles dominated in his first three matches with a fall at 1:05 in round one, a technical fall at 4:49in his quarterfinal, and a fall at 3:25 in his semifinal.
Paton Talmadge was the lone placer for the Broncs in the girls division.
Seeded fourth at 135 pounds. Talmadge won her first match by fall (1:42), her second by fall (3:05) and her third by fall (4: 8).
She lost to McKenzie Simon of Holcomb in the title match by technical fall.
