Girls compete in Ulysses

Three Lakin wrestlers competed in the Ron Smith Girls Invitational in Ulysses Friday.
Miley Roth led the Broncs by placing second at 130 pounds.
She went 2-0, getting falls in 5:10 and 1:40.
Payton Talmadge placed third at 135 pounds. She went 3-2 in her round robin, picking up falls in all three wins (4:41, 1:46, and 4:14).
Jersey Gonzalez was fifth at 120 pounds, winning one mat by fall (1:04).
