Volleyball goes 4-1 at home

The varsity volleyball squad won three of four matches in a home round-robin Saturday.
The Broncs defeated Cimarron 25 -10, 25-11.
Taegan Oldham served four aces and Elly Hernandez three.
Aryn Michaelis had eight kills and Oldham seven. Kiah Beymer had 13 digs and Jordan McCombs had 18 assists.
Lakin defeated Hugoton 25-10, 25-17.
Four girls served an ace each. Michaelis had nine kills, and she and Beymer had nine digs each. McCombs had 18 assists.
Against Holcomb, Lakin lost the first set 25-20 but won the next two 25-21, 21-19.
Michaelis had 17 kills and Beymer 10.
Beymer had 16 digs and Oldham 14. McCombs had 34 assists.
Lakin’s lone loss came against Dodge City, where they lost 25-23, 25-19.
Hernandez served two aces. Michelis had nine kills, Oldham eight and Beymer seven.
McCombs, Michaelis and Sara Martinez each had 10 digs, and McCombs had 24 assists.
