The girls golf squad had a successful day in Ulysses.
In the 18-hole tournament, All Mead had her highest finish of the season. The senior placed third by firing an 89.
Mead shot a 47 on her front nine and followed that with a 42 on the back nine.
Mya Brown placed 15th, shooting 111. The sophomore, in just her second year of golf, shot 56-55.
Anna Starbuck of Colby won the meet, shooting 75. Teammate Logan Nolan was second with an 82.
Tuesday’s tournament had 42 entrants.
