Girls track third at Hugoton

The girls track team competed in Hugoton Friday, finishing third in the 13-team meet.
The girls scored 94 points, finishing behind Holcomb’s 147 and Cimarron’s 118.
The Broncs picked up five individual titles for the day.
Amari Esquibel won the 100-meter dash in 12.92 seconds and the 200-meter dash in 27.75 seconds.
Alyssa Edgington won the long jump, clearing 17-4.25. She won the pole vault, clearing 10-0. She was also fourth in the 200-meter dash.
Aryn Michaelis picked up a win in the high jump, clearing 5-4.
Emma Miller placed third in both the 1600- and 3200-meter runs.
