If you have to be absent for any reason, you must get here in the morning or make arrangements during 7th or 8th hour to make up your work.  Some days I will be here after school, come talk to me if you need to stay.  However, mornings are the best.

* - Denotes early morning work days.  You may come in when I get to school.  I make every effort to be here by 7:30 am.  However, some mornings I may be just a little later than that.  When you check in to the office, they will allow you to wait there until I get to my room.  But if you go to the cafeteria, I will not come get you.  Call me or make an appointment the day before if you need to work longer.

MEARS stands for "Make-up" "Extra credit" "Assessment check" "Recovery" "Solutions"

All assignments must be turned in by the end of each class period on the MEARS day.  This includes Extra Credit activities too.  I do not accept late work!  When the Rotation ends, the grading ends.  It's important to know what your grade is for the Module.  So, keep track of all grades.  Do Extra Credit to increase your Module grade (it's weighted at 50% of the total class grade).

Check out the "Building firm foundations for challenging careers" extra credit page on this site as well.  It's a pretty easy way for your child to gain valuable points for their Module grade.
