Tech Lab - Enrichment Guidelines

Technical Writing (Drawing) - Make (the best you can) and label (all parts) of a piece of equipment from your module. You must have a minimum of five (5) components to a piece of equipment. There may be more, and you are to label "all" parts to get full credit.

Technical Writing - Make a numbered list of at least 10 (or more) steps you had to do to complete a task during a (one) session in your Module. Be specific as to what you have to do to complete a task.  Details are essential!  Imperative sentences are appropriate to use. Appropriate conventions (i.e. capital letters and end marks) must be used.

Concept Summary - Write three paragraphs about what you learned throughout the module. First paragraph should be something from the beginning sessions (1-3). Second paragraph should be from something in the middle sessions (4-5). Third paragraph should be something from the ending sessions (6-7). The total should be no less than 3/4 of a page.

Career Investigations - All answers should be written in complete sentences. Don't forget that the career must match the module you are doing at the time.

Internet Exploration - #1 4-5 sentences, #2 3-4 sentences (i.e. the more you write the more points you will get).

Language Translation - Translate all vocabulary words from English to "another language."  Write the language down that you translated to.

Crossword - Make a crossword (complete with definitions) of at least 10 Module specific words. Use a piece of graph paper to make the crossword and on the back or another sheet, write the definitions.

Other Enrichment questions - These questions may come from your module computer. You must write as much of the question down in order for me to gain an understanding that your answer(s) is/are correct. All answers must be written in their lowest terms and labeled appropriately.  Put a title above the question as to what it is.
